
Van der Moolen-Foodgroup supplies its customers with products produced according to the European HACCP-legislation for over many years now. This under control of the Dutch Foodathorities. End of 2008 the management decided to follow a HACCP-B certification programm. Now we are proud to announce that starting from June 2009 our foodsafety-system is certified by ISACERT. An extra guarantee for foodsafe noodles, pasta & rice, as well as in dry shape as in precooked chilled shape.

The scope of the Haccp certification is:
the production of dry rolled noodles, import and processing of Italian Pasta, Rice-trade as well as precooking noodles, pasta & rice.
Van der Moolen-Foodgroup meets the high standards of HACCP-B and is audited frequently by ISACERT. This guarantees a good working system in terms of foodsafety for all products. You certainly can rely on a no-risk use of our products. And as a customer you are always welcome to audit our factory.

Since january 2010 Van der Moolen-Foodgroup officially is certified by SKAL organic food organisation. This means that the production of organic noodles, the import of organic pasta en organic rice is approved and controlled by SKAL. We supply as well as organic retailproducts as organic products for foodservice and foodindustry.
