HACCP-CERTIFICATION
Van
der Moolen-Foodgroup supplies its customers with products produced
according to the European HACCP-legislation for over many years
now. This under control of the Dutch Foodathorities. End of 2008
the management decided to follow a HACCP-B certification programm.
Now we are proud to announce that starting from June 2009 our
foodsafety-system is certified by ISACERT. An extra guarantee for
foodsafe noodles, pasta & rice, as well as in dry shape as in
precooked chilled shape.
Scope
The scope of the certification is: the production of dry rolled noodles, import and processing of Italian Pasta, Rice-trade as well as precooking noodles, pasta & rice.
Van der Moolen-Foodgroup meets the high standards of HACCP-B and is audited frequently by ISACERT. This guarantees a good working system in terms of foodsafety for all products. You certainly can rely on a no-risk use of our products. And as a customer you are always welcome to audit our factory.
