A delegation of the Fairtrade Organization visited end of 2008 the noodlefactory of Van der Moolen-Foodgroup. The meeting was set up by the purchasing manager of an important retailchain in Holland, Super de Boer, a customer of Van der Moolen-Foodgroup. Among the visitors the owner of a small noodlefactory in India. In this factory they are producing the noodles according to almost the same productionprocess as Van der Moolen-Foodgroup. Mr.Tenzing from India, owner of the noodlefactory, was very curious how the production was set up in our factory. Mr.Peter van der Moolen informed him about all kind of aspects regarding the production and drying of the noodles. The complete delegation was very enthousiastic to see the process.
